The Pickford Nursery is a brand new, purpose-built day nursery located in the heart of Bexleyheath. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in their educational journey.
Summary
We are seeking an Early Years Educator to join our passionate team at The Pickford Nursery. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering the development and learning of children in their early years, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional childcare.
This opportunity is working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday all year through.

able to provide term time position
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote children's development.
Create a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education.
Support the Deputy Manager in the daily operations of the nursery.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare
Experience working with young children in a nursery setting is essential.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work as part of a team.
A passion for early years education and child development.
