We are looking for a

Qualified Level 3 Nursery nurse

to join our team.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic nursery nurse to join our team, providing a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and play. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children. As a nursery nurse you will be responsible for facilitating play activities, supporting children's development, and ensuring their well-being during their time in our care.

Duties

Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development. Communicate effectively with children, encouraging positive interactions and fostering a sense of belonging. Manage behaviour in a constructive manner, promoting respect and cooperation among peers. Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive atmosphere that supports the diverse needs of all children. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and any incidents that may occur. Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of childcare services provided.

Qualifications

Must hold a relevant CCPLD Qualification at Level 3

Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential. A background in early childhood education or childcare is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Ability to drive initiatives that promote active play and learning experiences.
