About the Role

At iStep Learning, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education, helping every child flourish during their most formative years. With a strong grasp of the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

framework and a genuine love for working with children, you'll ignite curiosity, creativity, and confidence that lasts a lifetime.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. Plan and lead imaginative, age-appropriate activities tailored to each child's individual needs. Observe, assess, and document children's development to celebrate their progress and plan next steps. Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your colleagues. Maintain a safe, secure, and inspiring environment, with a strong focus on safeguarding and health & safety.
