Summary

We are seeking a passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team in wendover. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing and educating young children, contributing to their growth and development while aligning with our mission of delivering exceptional childcare.

Responsibilities

Create a safe and nurturing environment for children. Plan and implement engaging educational activities. Monitor and assess children's development and progress. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's needs. Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide first aid when necessary. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications level 3

Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. First aid certification is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Experience with preschool-aged children is preferred. Knowledge of classroom management techniques is a plus. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
