Passionate, dedicated practitioners looking to build a long term career Enthusiasm for work with the ability to sing loudly in front of lots of tiny humans. Commitment to exceptional childcare with a positive approach to learning new skills Understanding of EYFS - planning an engaging curriculum and being prepared to have fun and get messy Being a 'team player', offering an extra pair of hands for warm hugs and strong hands to juggle multiple babies Level 2 or 3 qualified (unqualified also considered based upon experience)
