About the Role:
Deliver high-quality, child-centred care and education in a stimulating, nurturing environment
Support children aged 6 months+ in their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
Work collaboratively with a passionate team to meet the needs of every child
Build strong relationships with families and contribute to a positive, inclusive nursery culture
Ensure safeguarding, safety, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything you do
Follow and apply the EYFS framework creatively and confidently
What We're Looking For:
A
Level 3 qualification
(or above) in Early Years Childcare
Good knowledge of the
EYFS
,
safeguarding
, and
first aid
(or willingness to undertake training)
A proactive, caring attitude and a team player mindset
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for early childhood education and development
