Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. Develop and implement engaging learning activities tailored to individual children's needs. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Work closely with colleagues to ensure the nursery's standards are met. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Uphold the nursery's policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (Level 2 or above). Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures A caring, patient, and proactive attitude Passion for providing high-quality care and education.
