We have an exciting childcare practitioner role at our fantastically resourced 52 place nursery located in the heart of Penge! The nursery has a 140ft garden providing children and staff the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of being outdoors.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking to recruit dedicated, confident and passionate Level 2 / 3 Early Years Practitioners to work as part of our

Toddler

and

Baby Room

teams with

children aged from 3mths - 36mths

. Baby and toddler experience is desirable and a passion for delivering high quality and exciting activities to meet their needs.

Qualifications and Experience

At least NNEB, CACHE level 2 / 3, NVQ or equivalent in childcare and education A good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum Paediatric First Aid Certificate Keyperson experience An ability to observe and passion to plan and deliver activities to meet the individual needs of the children Knowledge of Forest School curriculum and a passion for the outdoors, desirable Highly enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated and ability to use own initiative Good verbal and written communication skills Experience of writing informative observations and developmental reports Enhanced DBS check

Salary

: 29,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 22,000.00-22,500.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
