We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing environment. You will be responsible for fostering the development of children through engaging activities and ensuring their safety and well-being. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as you will be working closely with children, parents, and colleagues.

Duties

Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development. Communicate effectively with children, encouraging their social and emotional growth. Manage daily routines, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of care and education. Drive initiatives that promote a positive nursery culture and support children's learning experiences. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and early education.

Experience

A background in Early Childhood Education is preferred, with relevant qualifications or certifications. Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Proven ability to manage groups of children effectively while fostering a positive learning environment. Strong leadership qualities to inspire both children and fellow practitioners. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and staff.

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
