We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic

Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner

to join our friendly early years team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education who enjoys creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for young children.

You will support children's learning and development in line with the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

while working collaboratively with colleagues and building positive relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and education in accordance with the

EYFS framework

Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate learning activities Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming nursery environment Support children's emotional, social, and developmental needs Observe, assess, and record children's progress Communicate effectively with parents/carers and colleagues Work as part of a team to support daily routines and nursery operations
Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting Good spoken and written English communication skills Knowledge of child development and safeguarding practices A warm, reliable, and child-focused approach
