We're now looking for a

Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant

with strong client management experience to join our growing practice.

The Role

This is a client-facing role where relationships matter just as much as technical ability. You'll manage your own portfolio of clients and be a key point of contact for them.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies Preparing and reviewing corporation tax and self-assessment returns Providing clear, friendly and proactive advice to clients Tax planning meetings with clients Supporting and reviewing work prepared by junior team members where appropriate Managing a portfolio of clients as their main point of contact Building strong, long-term client relationships

About You - The Right Person

This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys working with clients and takes pride in providing a high level of service.

You must:

Be

AAT qualified, ACA/ACCA part-qualified, or fully qualified

Have

at least 3 years' experience as a client manager

within an accountancy practice Possess strong technical competency in accounting and tax Be confident managing a client portfolio independently Be friendly, approachable and professional Be someone who is passionate about customer service Be organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines Communicate clearly and confidently with clients
