Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice to customers on over-the-counter (OTC) products and services.

- Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate products for their needs.

- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.

- Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy.

- Support the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care.

- Stay informed about new products, treatments, and services.

- Promote Sidley Pharmacy's private services, including weight management programmes, travel vaccinations, and aesthetics treatments.

Requirements

:

- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of OTC medicines and healthcare products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
