Main Purpose of the Role / Key Objectives:

To be responsible for a variety of plumbing installations and maintenance tasks within modular buildings, both at the Driffield site and on locations across the UK as required.

Accountabilities:

Installation and maintenance of plumbing systems to a high standard and in line with specifications and S.O.P.

Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.

Effective collaboration with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production and site operations.

Prompt reporting of any quality or safety issues.

Compliance with Enlight10's ISO requirements, including company policies, procedures, training, and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Read and interpret plumbing schematics, technical drawings, and specifications.

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and heating systems in modular buildings.

Use hand and power tools to cut, bend, and join pipes and fittings.

Conduct pressure tests and inspections to ensure system integrity and compliance.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning tools and work areas.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.

Report any safety concerns to the Supervisor/Factory Manager.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum Level 2 Plumbing Qualification (NVQ or equivalent).

Experience in modular building plumbing installations is highly advantageous.

Demonstrable problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good time management and organisational skills.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced site and factory environment.

Good understanding of health and safety procedures.

Ability to promote a 'right first time' approach to work.

Willingness to travel and work on sites across the UK as required.
