Contract Type:
Fixed-term contract or CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) engagement
Indicative Hourly Rate (Social Housing):
20 - 26 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and scope of works.
Higher rates may be considered only where multi-skilling or specialist competence is clearly demonstrated.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied residential properties
Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, faulty pipework, and sanitaryware
Install and replace taps, toilets, basins, baths, and pipework
Complete first- and second-fix plumbing works
Work professionally within tenant-occupied homes
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Complete job documentation and reporting
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
Valid CSCS card
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to undertake DBS checks
Willingness to work on council and framework contracts

FFP3 Face Fit Test
Manual Handling
Working at Height
Mandatory Competencies:
Ability to prepare and follow RAMS
