Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and reliable Plumbers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for plumbing and installing bathrooms across various residential sites in and around the LEEDS area within 10 miles of Leeds LS1. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Install bathrooms, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with safety standards and building codes. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installations. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation or repairs. Assist with assembly of plumbing components and related mechanical systems. Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used for each project. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations at all times.

Skills

Proficiency in plumbing techniques combined with mechanical knowledge. Experience with welding, plumbing, and assembly, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical drawings. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Contract length: 24-48 months

Pay: Up to 23.00 per hour
