Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Practitioner to join our vibrant educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with young children. As a Preschool Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 9 months to 4 years.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation from all children. Drive the educational activities, ensuring they align with early childhood education standards. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall curriculum and share best practices in childcare. Maintain records of children's progress and development.
Experience
Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff. A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education, demonstrating patience, creativity, and enthusiasm.
