Are you passionate about shaping little minds and creating magical days for children? Educare are looking for a
qualified Level 3 Room Leader
to lead a vibrant team and inspire our young learners in Cwmbran!What you'll do:
Lead your room with energy, creativity, and a sprinkle of fun Plan and deliver engaging activities that make learning exciting Support and mentor your amazing team to shine their brightest Build strong, trusting relationships with children and parents alike
What we're looking for:
Level 3 qualification in childcare Leadership experience in a nursery or childcare setting A passion for making every day an adventure for children Someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a love for team spirit!
