What you'll assist in:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children in the nursery room Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Supervise and monitor children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being Provide guidance and support to assistant staff members Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns Keep accurate records of children's attendance, behaviour, and developmental milestones Collaborate with other nursery room leaders and staff to create a cohesive and positive team environment
What do we require from you?

A minimum of Level 3 in Early Childhood Education or a related field Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred Some previous experience at leading a room Knowledge of child development principles and practices Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children

Pay: Up to 29,120.00 per year
