Full-Time Vacancy for a Preschool Room Leader Mon-Thurs (7:30am-5:45pm) - Yes, we are off on a Friday--wish for a 3-day weekend? Here it is! Arthingworth, Market Harborough, LE16 8JT

Your Role:

Foster a love for learning in a fully outdoor setting Develop and implement engaging nature-based activities for children aged 0-5 Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to families Lead with enthusiasm, inspiring young minds through outdoor adventures Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe and organised environment Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies regarding children's needs and progress Drive initiatives that promote children's well-being and learning experiences
What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) A deep passion for outdoor learning and nature-based education Experience working with young children in a childcare setting Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach methods to support all learning styles A sense of adventure and willingness to get muddy! Proven experience in childcare settings, demonstrating effective leadership skills Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children within your care We are a rural location so a driving licence is essential
