Qualifications: Level 3 or Above in Early Years

What You'll Do:

Lead a dynamic team of educators in the delivery of an exceptional learning experience for children. Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages exploration and curiosity. Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and partnership in each child's development journey. Implement and maintain high standards of care and education in line with EYFS guidelines. Mentor and support fellow team members to foster a cohesive and effective working environment.

What We're Looking For:

A passionate and dedicated professional with a Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years. Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical application. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. A team player who values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
