Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Exeuctive Leader to join our team at The World Of Play 2007 LTD. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a positive atmosphere for both staff and children.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities in the nursery, ensuring safety and engagement for all children. Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality childcare and educational experiences. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and well-being. Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during shifts. Implement educational programs that promote child development and learning. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in Childcare with a level 3 childcare qualification. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Knowledge of nursery practices and regulations is preferred.

Pay: From 25,272.00 per year

Expected hours: 27 - 36 per week
