? What you'll be doing:

• Managing a capped caseload of children in care
• Carrying out high-quality assessments and reviews
• Building strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and carers
• Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners
• Supporting care planning that promotes stability and development
• Advising and supporting unqualified staff or students when needed

? Who we're looking for:

• Registered with Social Work England
• 4+ years' experience in children's social care
• Strong understanding of CIN, CP, CLA processes and legislation
• Skilled in direct work, assessment, care planning, and multi-agency collaboration
• Creative, flexible, and forward-thinking
• Committed to continuous improvement and delivering outstanding outcomes
