Qualified Social Worker, East Integrated Care and Support Team
Pay rate up to 35 per hour
Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an East Integrated Care and Support team in Tameside.
Experience in TRAM, Safeguarding, Care Act Assessments, Legislation literate, MCA. MDTS, Duty support.
the post will be initially 6 weeks in the office for the induction process and then hybrid working can be discussed.
