Qualified Social Worker, Immediate Care Team
Pay rate to 30 per hour
Contract role
We are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker in to work in an Immediate Care team in Bury.
The social work job will be within the Intermediate Care Tier based at Killelea House in Bury. We are a multidisciplinary team, and we work jointly with therapists, nurses and care staff to have a home first approach to discharging people who have been through the service. As one of the social workers you will assess both in the bed-based IMC and home based IMC and work alongside our reablement colleagues.
