Join our Youth Justice Team in Northamptonshire, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting and rehabilitating youth offenders. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can work collaboratively with young people, their families, and various stakeholders to promote positive change and reintegration into society.
As a Qualified Social Worker in our Youth Justice Team, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for young people involved in the youth justice system.
• Working closely with young offenders, their families, and community resources to facilitate rehabilitation and reduce reoffending.
• Collaborating with law enforcement, schools, and other agencies to ensure a holistic approach to youth justice.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to young people, helping them access education, employment, and mental health services.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA Hons Social Work, or equivalent).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in youth justice or working with at-risk youth is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with young people and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
