Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of young individuals involved in the youth justice system.
• Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to address the needs and risks of each young person.
• Collaborating with external agencies, including schools, law enforcement, and community organizations, to ensure a holistic approach to support.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with legislative requirements.
• Providing direct support to young people and their families, fostering positive relationships to encourage personal development and rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working within youth justice or related fields.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage with young people and their families.
