Job Description
We are currently seeking a
qualified and enthusiastic Swim Teacher
to join our team for Sundays and or Friday sessions.Hours:
Sundays:
8:30 AM - 12:00 PM (or 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM)Fridays:
9:30 AM - 12:00 PMRequirements:
Swim teaching qualifications for
Adult and Baby/Child
sessions (STA or Swim England Level 2 or equivalent) A passion for teaching swimming in a fun, safe, and engaging way Reliable, professional, and confident in working independently and with groups Up-to-date DBS check and safeguarding training Swim Teacher or lifeguard rescue awardResponsibilities:
Deliver high-quality swim lessons to adults and children, including parent & baby sessions Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants Maintain clear communication with swimmers, parents, and staff Follow and contribute to our structured lesson plans and progression framework
