Term-Time Practitioners wanted for a BRAND NEW setting opening January 2026.

Location: High Wycombe HP12

Hours: Term-Time Only - Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm

Contract: Permanent term time

Salary: Competitive - dependent on qualification and experience

We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Practitioners to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young children in a nurturing environment that values creativity, play, and early learning.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2-5 years Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Keep accurate records of children's progress and development
Requirements:

Level 2, 3, 4 , 5 and 6 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) Understanding of the EYFS framework Good communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for working with young children Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
