Overview

Luxurious, state of the art private dental practice, seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team. As a Dental Nurse, you will assist in providing high-quality dental care, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment journey. Must be flexible and able to work across two sites located in Greenwich and Battersea.

Responsibilities

- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
- Provide excellent patient care by welcoming patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to infection control standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure smooth workflow within the practice.
-(Ideally) Support administrative tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and managing patient enquiries.
- Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies to enhance patient care.

Experience

- Previous experience as a Dental Nurse or in a similar healthcare role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to dental practice management is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for patient care and a willingness to learn new skills within the dental field.
