We are currently looking for someone to join our highly experienced Quality team right away to take on the role of Quality Administrator.

The majority of these are milling and turning centres, but we also have excellent grinding and EDM (electrical dis-charge machining) capabilities to manufacture the more difficult and intricate features. We produce components for the leading manufacturers in the civil, commercial, military and marine industries.
Due to continued commercial success, we have an exciting opportunity, for a hardworking individual, to join our Inspection team as a Quality Administrator. Main Duties and Responsibilities
As an integral part of this team, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in:
Supporting the company's aerospace AS9100 quality management system though the control of documents and records.
Liaising with suppliers to facilitate quick resolution of any quality issues.
Assisting in the preparation of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) to AS9102 standards.
Carrying out quality related audits throughout the company to ensure compliance to standards.
Handling customer complaints and returns process.
Providing administrative support to the quality team, including data entry, report generation.
Managing correspondence with customers, suppliers, and internally.
Supporting quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Personal Attributes
We're looking for the following things for our new team member:
Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance.
Meticulous and thorough in handling quality documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all reports.
Strong verbal and written communication skills across various platforms, ensuring clear and professional interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of utilising advanced functions, creating detailed spreadsheets, and performing data analysis.
Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work closely with a small team, contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
A self-starter who anticipates issues and takes initiative to solve problems, continually seeking ways to improve processes and contribute to team success.
Keen to learn new skills and apply best practices in quality management.
You must have an understanding of, or interest to learn about, measuring equipment and processes.
Efficiently manages time and prioritises tasks to meet deadlines, even under pressure, ensuring timely completion of financial duties.
Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of colleagues. Show a 'can-do' attitude.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in engineering and technical requirements. The role requires strong administrative and numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial. Training will be provided for the right individual.
Working Patterns
Standard working days will be 8.30am-4.30pm however we allow our team to arrange their workload to finish early on Fridays.
