As a Quality Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting food safety processes, monitoring quality checks and ensuring all documentation meets industry standards. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

To provide essential administrative support to the Quality function for the Morrisons account Ensures accurate and timely documentation, supports compliance activities and facilitates communication between operational teams, customers, and quality leadership Maintaining food safety records, coordinating audits, and supporting the delivery of high-quality service to food sector clients Update quality documentation including audit reports, CAPAs, SOPs and training records Assist in preparation for internal, customer, and third-party audits (e.g., BRCGS, retailer standards) Input and manage quality data (e.g., temperature logs, hygiene checks, pest control reports) Support the investigation of quality incidents and customer complaints Use quality management systems (QMS) and customer portals to upload and manage documentation

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Previous experience within a Quality role, ideally within a logistics, warehousing or food environment is essential Previous Audit experience or knowledge is essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & data systems) with the ability to extract and present data Familiarity with food safety standards and documentation practices is desirable Food safety or quality-related training or certification (HACCP, Food safety) would be desirable Have a proactive and collaborative approach Ability to challenge in the right way and escalate, where appropriate
