Where will you be working?





You'll be working across Rail, Aviation, Defence & Adjacent Markets. You'll visit major international airports, see our wide range of specialist rail engineering projects across the UK and be involved in the maintenance and upgrades of defence properties, airfields, military bases, ports, railway infrastructure and depots.

What will you be doing?



Provide training and guidance on CMS and workspace use.


Advise on best practices and compliance. Guide teams to produce Quality Plans and ITPs. Monitor testing, checks, and inspections.


Ensure quality records are maintained.


Close out NCRs and raise them when needed. Conduct internal and observe external audits.


Analyse audit outputs. Support quality documentation development.


Maintain operational documentation controls.


Establish and review quality policies and procedures.


Coach and mentor site teams. Offer advice and innovative solutions. Provide quality reports.


Implement CMS requirements.


Assist with ISO accreditations. Stay updated with legislation and industry trends.

Quality Management Experience to ISO 9001 Knowledge and use of quality management systems and process improvement tools Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work individually and as part of a team Eye for detail and thoroughness Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities Highly numerate and analytical with strong problem-solving skills Demonstrate M Groups values and behaviours Desire for self-development and continuous self-improvement
