Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards in child protection services. Conduct regular audits and assessments of child protection programs to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance practices and child protection protocols. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on quality assurance findings and recommendations. Lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of child protection services.

Person Specifications

Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within child protection or social services. Strong understanding of child protection regulations and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Relevant qualifications in social work, quality management, or a related field are desirable.
