Compliance Manager (Fit Out)

50,000 - 60,000 + Car Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Bonus Scheme + Additional Company Benefits

You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations:

Bath, Bristol, Swindon, Thornbury.

Other locations also considered.

Do you come from a background within compliance in the construction/fit out industry and are looking for an autonomous role within a forward thinking and expanding company.

In this role you will work to oversee and ensure compliance across a wide range of refurbishment projects within a company who are passionate about employee investment and their excellent benefits package.

The company are established across the UK and work on a wide range of refurbishment and fit out based projects for a range of blue chip clients, due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to further expand their teams.

This role would suit someone with a construction based background ideally focused in refurbishment related projects looking for a long term permanent position.

The Role:

In this role you will work to oversee Quality and Compliance of refurbishment projects for a range of commercial clients The role will also involve overseeing the preplanning stage as well as reviewing the finished refurbishment Duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Review drawings and documentation, planning, inspections, liaising with clients, final reviews and much more. Bristol/Hybrid-based role with travel to client sites across the UK on average 2-3 days per week Some occasional travel to Bristol based office Excellent benefits package
The Person:

Previous experience in a similar quality/compliance focused role Previous experience in the construction/refurbishment/fit out industry Any experience in commercial related projects such as; offices, accommodation, etc will be considered beneficial Driving license Happy to travel and stay away as required (on average 2-3 days per week) Looking for a long term permanent position
