We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Manager to join our Compliance Team. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Business Management System and for driving continuous improvement and maintaining our certifications and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Develop, implement, monitor, maintain and improve business management and compliance frameworks.

Ensure adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Examine and improve internal audit processes, to prevent non- compliance issues wherever possible.

Actively participate in conducting audits, internal and external. To include ISO audits.

Monitor any changes in the law and disseminate training where appropriate.

Review policies and procedures to ensure that the business operates ethically, transparently, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Continuously research any emerging compliance best practice understanding their impact and guiding the business to implement them effectively.

Support the recording, reporting and analysing of a busy Business Management System in line with international ISO standards.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality initiatives.

Analyse compliance data to inform areas of focus.

Reviewing policies and procedures with a view to their impact across other business processes.

Support the day-to-day delivery of IASME's Quality Management System.

Deputise for the Head of Compliance.

Requirements:

Experience in quality compliance management, or business process improvement. Your experience should ideally be within a medium or large organisation.

Knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO9001.

Significant knowledge in governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, with a practical understanding of regulatory standards, e.g. GDPR, UK Corporate Governance, and ISO 27001 and 14001.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as, Modern Slavery, Anti-corruption and bribery, anti-money laundering, and data protection.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong communication skills, including written and oral.

Problem solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Drive to expand knowledge in additional areas of regulatory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
