Adelar is growing, and we're looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and organised who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding paperwork and compliance checks (e.g., SIA, BS7858)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records for internal and external audits
Oversee client contracts and ensure service-level compliance
Monitor regulatory requirements and conduct regular internal checks
Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
Requirements:
Experience in compliance, HR administration, or contract management (preferably in the security or facilities sector)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
