Job Description

Reporting to the Factory Manager you will have a broad range of responsibilities this will include assisting the sampling, assessing and verifying of all of our products and ensuring that we meet both the set standards and expectations of our customers.

Assess all finished product with reference to customer specifications

.Online ink + glue gsm testing, monitoring and recording in spread sheet

.Packaging quality testing equipment operation (training can be provided if needed)

.Online production sample verification and validation as per the set frequency

.Checklist implementation for all testing (laminate)

.Internal NC reduction

.Seal and bond testing at lam stage and slitting stage for all output rolls

.To ensure that Nonconformity will be raised by operator in system for any kind of discrepancy

Monitor and assess process steps in accordance with customer requirements

Filing records of on-line label check and quality assessment of product

Assist with production, preparation and maintenance of all documentation for visits and audits (including BRC)

Staff machine, process training and recording of evidence

.Raw material quality checking to started and implemented full-fledged. All inward material to checked as per sampling plan

.Sale return material will check for defect / clearance

Ensure daily, weekly and monthly audits are carried out effectively and on time

Support and advise production, monitor and enforce GMP principles and compliance

Preparation and analysis of non-conformances within the business and assisting as necessary with all other internal Quality issues

.Employees training for hygiene, safety, and GMP practices, corrective, and evaluation of the training

.Raw material quality checking to started and implemented full-fledged. All inward material to checked as per sampling plan

Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Assist with customer complaints - initial investigation, Returns arrangements, physical investigation, customer reporting

.Quality KPI monitoring and recording into system.

Person Specification



.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Flexible packaging experience

Awareness of the BRC principles and knowledge of RCA and CAPA

Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, discretion and an ability to be adaptable within a fast moving manufacturing environment.

Strong Communication Skills (Oral & Written)

Experience with MS Applications

. Must be available for to over see night shift quality concerns as required
