Job Description

Due to internal growth of Intelligencia Training we are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance administrator (IQA) within the learning and education sector. This role would ideally suit someone who has had previous experience as an assessor/ IQA and

is familiar with funded apprenticeship programmes

, and would like to learn more about compliance and DfE requirements. This includes data entry and scrutiny of documentation.

The candidate must have previous knowledge of apprenticeship standards, and is familiar with the planning and recording of the learners journey, including the completion of learner progress reviews. The candidate will not be considered unless has had prior experience within the education sector.

Although training will be given on our management information system (PICS), it is essential that you are able to work as part of a team to meet deadlines, carry out tasks in a methodical manner, and have an attention for detail in order to produce and report of quality assurance findings accurately.

This role is office based and will be supporting the Director of Quality and Compliance in preparing for Ofsted inspections and external audits arrangements.

Key responsibilities:


Complete tripartite learner progress reviews, with learners and their line managers, to ensure that individual learning goals are clearly and accurately planned and recorded.

Complete monthly audits to ensure that all documentation meets ESFA compliance.

Complete quality assurance audits to ensure that the learners journey is being effectively recorded from beginning -end of their programme.

This role will be office based, full-time (37.5) Hours per week.

Starting salary 26,500 per year, increasing to 27,500 per year once probation period passed (proposed 6 months).
