Pipeline Inspection Systems.
With a reputation for quality and innovation, we supply customers in the UK and worldwide. Our team works closely together, and we're looking for someone who is proactive and organised to join our Quality Assurance Team. Your main responsibilities will be to maintain our ERP system - including data entry, updates and user administrator. Knowledge of ISO Standards is beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities
:
Administer and maintain our ERP System, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Creation of new parts in Partmaster, assigning part numbers, adding supporting part documents, checking drawings accuracy, ensure bill of materials are accurate. Adding costings and coding information. Create ECN and progress completion.
Carry out data entry, reporting and system updates as required.
Checking of manufacturing packs from R&D for new products prior to release into production.
Produce and maintain reports in Microsoft Excel.
Prepare and format documents in Microsoft Word.
Assist creating build manuals, test sheets, manufacturing packs etc.
Provide assistance and guidance on implementing changes. Sourcing alternative parts. Informing internal and external stakeholders of imminent charges.
Provide the sales team about products, release dates. Feeding back product information to R&D for production purposes.
Review and assist in changing QMS documentation e.g. Disaster Recovery Procedure, Test Documentation.
Assisting in QMS Auditing Program, and other quality requirements in relation to ISO Standards.
Preparing meeting minutes and identifying H&S issues and ensuring actions are dealt with within a suitable timeframe.
Assist in supplier performance and evaluation requirements.
Ensure we complete required perpetual stock checks inline with business needs.
Assist in keeping repeating actions up to date ensuring timelines are maintain.
Identify any improvements and assist in how these can be implemented effectively.
Issue of parts from stock for inter departmental needs.
Assist with implementation of new procedures and documentation.
PART TIME WOULD BE CONCIDED ( SALARY PRO-RATA)

Pay: 25,000.00-32,000.00 per year
