How you will make a difference.....



Obtain and maintain product & packaging technical data from suppliers. Own the Quality email inbox and distribute emails as required. Ensure all new and existing projects, products and suppliers are fully conforming to industry, regulatory, legislative and customer requirements at all times. Serve all customer Quality needs as required and on time. Gather data, analyse data and submit data on various customer, 3rd party and government platforms ensuring absolute accuracy at all times. Track, assess, capture and log internal feedback and liaise with suppliers on new project samples. Own, maintain, improve, update and generate master documents, procedures and processes. Maintain and update monthly KPI data including analysis of results. Generate reports using data and analysis for presentations. Conduct risk assessments on new and existing products. Must be willing to travel internationally where required to support hib's growing supply chain and business operations.

Key Skills & Attributes...



A good understanding/experience of dealing with product concerns within a structured process, working collaboratively with suppliers. Be confident working with web based platforms and portals. The ability to form and maintain good relationships with suppliers and colleagues The ability to analyse and process data to produce reports and metrics. Confidence in working with Microsoft Office software, MRP and WMS systems. PowerBI knowledge/experience would be highly beneficial.
