Location - Labman HQ Seamer


Salary - From 32,000 based on experience.

The Opportunity




We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Quality Assurance Advisor

to join our Quality team. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Area Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting quality system processes, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and operational activities.


What you will do




Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Review and help manage all quality related processes, including customer feedback, internal auditing and CAPA investigations Conduct quality checks, inspections, and audits on engineering processes, components, and finished products. Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Maintain accurate records of quality documentation, including inspection reports, calibration logs, and audit findings. Assist with internal audits and prepare for customer or third-party audits. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are understood and followed. Provide administrative support for quality processes such as training, document control, and supplier management. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the business.

What You'll Bring




Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards. Experience within GMP, GxP, or regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices,) would be advantageous Strong understanding of quality processes such as audits, inspections, CAPA, and document control. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
