About the Role




You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our 1037 team, supporting the Quality Manager in improving quality across our services. You'll help manage risk, conduct audits, solve problems, propose innovative solutions, and drive continual improvement.


The successful applicant will gain experience in managing and reviewing company processes and procedures to ensure effective use and compliance. Using this experience, you'll help us meet our contractual and regulatory requirements through quality planning, assurance, control, and continuous improvement activities. You will also gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of all areas of the business.


Alongside your role, you will complete a Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship. Each day is different, so adaptability and flexibility are key - but your efforts will be genuinely appreciated by customers, patients, and your team.


What You Will Be Doing




Providing empathetic and professional support to patients, families, and clinical leads Monitoring and supporting the development of quality policies and procedures within Baywater Healthcare Maintaining the risk register Assisting in the delivery of Quality Management Reviews Conducting departmental and supplier audits, identifying and sharing continual improvement requirements Supporting continuous improvement projects Monitoring stakeholder feedback, identifying root causes, and guiding improvement opportunities Assisting the Patient Advice and Liaison Team with investigations when required Supporting quality reporting and interpreting report findings Assisting with risk management

About You

Auditing experience is preferred but not essential (training will be provided) Experience handling stakeholder feedback is preferred but not essential (training will be provided) Root cause analysis training is preferred but not essential (training will be provided) Ability to work on your own initiative with good time management skills Proactive approach to following processes Excellent communication skills Calm and confident manner Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
