We are seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our QA Department and Manufacturing Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the QA Department and Manufacturing Operations Manager, taking instruction where required
Update, maintain, check, and control quality system documentation, ensuring accurate filing and document control
Accurately record, distribute, and follow up on meeting minutes, ensuring all actions are captured and communicated in a timely manner
Assist with the calibration and verification of factory equipment and document all results accurately
Print and distribute quality and production documentation as required
Liaise with external parties to ensure operational requirements are met
Work closely with the QA Department and Manufacturing Operations Manager, with opportunities for further development within the role
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar administrative or quality-based role would be advantageous
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
