Job Description

Are you an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and a talent for proofreading? We are excited to offer you an opportunity to demonstrate your technical abilities and expertly manage a high workload to produce valuation and survey reports in collaboration with our team of chartered surveyors. Join our successful team at a long-standing independent property firm specialising in chartered surveying services across East Anglia, the Midlands, and North East England.

Located at our Norwich Head Office, with the option for hybrid working after a thorough induction period, this role allows for remote work part of the time. We are looking for candidates with proven expertise in proofreading, report editing, and data management, along with an excellent grasp of the English language, impeccable attention to detail, and exceptional time management skills.

If you have a background in professional services, the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills, we would love to hear from you. While prior experience in the property industry is beneficial, training will be provided to the successful candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities



Conduct thorough proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines for various quality assurance tasks. Utilise Microsoft Office and software systems for data entry and documentation. Maintain organised records and files to support administrative functions. Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders regarding quality standards and processes. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while handling enquiries and providing support.

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
