Salary: \xc2\xa325,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa330,000 + Benefits

- Perform regular audits of all production areas to verify compliance with food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct inspections and checks on incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs and processes.
- Analyse data and reports to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis investigations for quality incidents and non-conformances and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of audits, inspections, and quality records.
- Train and educate employees on quality standards, food safety practices, and quality control procedures.
- Stay updated with relevant food safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends to ensure compliance and proactively propose improvements.
