Your new role:
We are looking for a Quality Stock Control Coordinator (GI) to facilitate the despatch of orders by investigating and resolving stock discrepancies identified during the daily picking cycle or amend customer orders and adjust stock levels accordingly if this is not possible to achieve.
You will work closely with the Procurement, Inventory, Category and Customer Support teams and with warehouse Operations teams to ensure that product quality and customer service levels are maintained at the highest possible levels
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies thoroughly and in a timely fashion
Raise NC (non-conformance) reports and record any 200+ stock adjustments
Adjust all stock discrepancies highlighted by the daily P.I. routines within 1 working day
Cover for other business areas when required
Review and action any personal outstanding notification tasks within 2 days
When needed, carry out the inspection of replacement/inspection orders to ensure that the replacement goods being despatched meet our customers' quality and delivery expectations.
Perform plant to plant requests
Willingness to undertake ongoing learning and development to meet the needs of the role.
Take care of the additional work that PTS/Logistex require.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 11:30am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role is being offered as on site only.
