Assure the suitability of existing and new products, solutions and services into the business to help provide best in class performance and operational excellence.
Responsible for monitoring configuration and service processes using QA methodologies to proactively identify issues, and to ensure they are fully documented, tracked, and resolved.
Support in managing, maintaining, and improving ISO9001:2015 QMS.
Support development and implementation of systems to guarantee Quality of processes.
Coordinate Quality issues and actions with relevant departments (and suppliers if required).
Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
Support with system development, validation, and document approval.
Support the Quality team with day-to-day issues.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Engineering degree or similar.
Quality qualification or similar.
GSCE Maths and English.
Internal auditor qualification desirable.
A proven track record of quality assurance within a manufacturing operation.
Strong leader with excellent Interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience in implementation.
Strong knowledge of Quality methodologies, tools, and processes.
Must be customer focused, with a “customer first” mentality.
Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Ability to work to tight schedules and deliver in full.
Attention to detail.
Technically and scientifically minded.
Inquisitive mindset (Quality orientated).
Must be able to establish good internal and external relationships.
Highly diligent and tenacious, able to work on own initiative.
Flexible to respond to business needs.
MS Office proficiency, particularly in Excel.
