As a Quality Assurance Engineer Intern, you'll step into a fast-paced, high-performance environment where attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement is essential. The role offers exposure to quality systems and operational practices that help deliver race-winning reliability and performance.
The Role
As a Quality Assurance Intern, you'll support the Quality Assurance Engineering team in managing non-conformances and conducting investigations into faults raised both at the factory and trackside. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and technicians, contributing to quality control procedures, data analysis, and problem-solving initiatives that help drive the Team forwards.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the identification and control of all non-conforming products Support root cause analysis and contribute to the implementation of corrective and preventative actions Participate in the creation, review and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Compile and present reports to communicate the outcomes of quality activities Engage in departmental projects to enhance operation performance and actively support continuous improvement initiatives

Who We're Looking ForCurrently studying a degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or Motorsport Engineering and looking for an industry placement as your penultimate year of university Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail A proactive mindset with a passion for motorsport and engineering excellence You must have the right to work in the UK as we cannot provide sponsorship for this role Be available to attend onsite for an assessment centre in November
