We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Production process analysis and Chemical maintenance meet established testing criteria . This role involves , performing quality control tests, and maintaining accurate recording using Lab wizard software. The ideal applicant will possess strong analysis skills and laboratory experience. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality control testing on Chemical processes , in-process samples, and finished products using standard laboratory techniques.
Maintain and operate Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to record test results accurately and efficiently.
Analyse data to identify trends or deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Applicable regulations and internal quality policies during all testing procedures.
Assist in the development and validation of testing methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, non-conformances, and corrective measures taken.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and demonstrating adherence to quality protocols.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing laboratory processes and product quality.
Qualifications
Proven laboratory experience, ideally within a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of scientific research methodologies and analysis techniques.
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Excellent mathematical skills for data analysis and interpretation.
Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to follow strict procedural guidelines.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Relevant qualifications in science, chemistry, or related fields are preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates with practical experience. This role is ideal for individuals committed to maintaining high standards of quality within a dynamic scientific environment, eager to develop their expertise while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
