Quality Assurance Lived Experience Adviser (zero Hours)

Job Description
We are seeking a passionate advocate to ensure the voice of lived experience shapes adult social care services. As QA Lived Experience Adviser, you will champion co-production, represent lived experience in strategic meetings, and advise on service improvements informed by real-life perspectives.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and embed the voice of lived experience across the directorate. Support recruitment to lived experience and co-production networks. Attend Quality Assurance Board meetings and advocate for service users. Collaborate with practitioners and senior leaders to co-design policies and strategies. Develop inclusive engagement approaches for underrepresented communities.
About You
Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels. Experience in local authority or lived experience forums is desirable. Hybrid working capability and willingness to travel.
